Notice of Guest Rights and Responsibilities

Guest Rights:

2.       Respectful Service: Guests have the right to receive courteous and respectful service from all staff and volunteers representing the organization.

3.       Non-Discrimination: Guests should be treated fairly without regard to age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status, physical or mental handicap, or citizenship status.

Guest Responsibilities:

1.       Truthfulness: Guests should be truthful in their interactions.

2.       Respect for Others: Guests must respect each other, follow rules, policies, and procedures, and supervise children at all times.

3.       Safe Behavior: Guests are expected to drive safely, adhere to parking guidelines, and use respectful language and behaviors.

4.       Consideration: Being thoughtful of other Guests and respecting the environment is essential.

5.       No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the grounds.

6.       No Loitering: Guests should avoid loitering before or after program hours.

7.       Be respectful of volunteers by being timely when picking up your food order.
